i also have an 08 1500 with the LY5 and would like to swap in a LY6 from what ive understood all you would have to do is delete vvt on the LY6 and use the throttle body off your LY5 because the pedal mounted in your truck is programmed with the throttle body but what i do not know is if the cam and crank sensors on the LY6 are the same plug as the LY5. curious if youve gotten your swap done or not any more information of your project will greatly help me in mine!!
