Default 5.3L conrod dimensions needed.

Anyone know the big and small end diameters and also the distance between centerlines?
I am going to make some rods for a demo on a machine in our showroom, they will not be working parts but I want them to be somewhat accurate to a real engine's dimensions.
If they come out good maybe make a set for my engine that work.....

If you have more information that this please post it up, like wall thicknesses, bushings on the small end, how much meat on the big end, and what size rod bolts are typical for an aluminum or steel rod.

Thanks all.

All I really need is one. The steel stocker dimensions would give me all the dimensions I need but putting those same dimensions into an aluminum rod would be a diaster if you ran them in an engine!!
Maybe I'll make some in chromoly steel too....

I can't help you with the dim. but post some pics when that bad boy is done. I say you get all the proper dim. cut it out of aluminum, polish it for bling factor and use that as your display and paper weight. Then I'll send you some titanium and you can cut me 8 real ones. Mmmm.....

I have a large chunk of Titanium that I aquired through a hostile takeover for just such a project.
I will post up if I ever get some better info to design from.

Just found this.

Found this:

Crankshaft Specifications
Material
Cast Nodular Iron Features
Undercut and rolled fillets.
Crank Pin Diameter
2.10” Main Bearing Diameter
2.56”

No wrist pin diameter but try this site http://www.smokemup.com/tech/ls1.php for some really cool stuff.
I seem to remember the wrist pin is 0.927" and the center to center length is 6.098". I have some time, I will check for more....
