Default 5.3L exaust

Hello

This is my firs time post. I have an 01 GMC sierra 5.3L, I am getting a nelson performance tune, new headers and a Cam kit in the next week or so. My question is I have the money to get the dynatech system, but should I save some money and just get pacesetter LT headers?

Thank you

I like my Pacesetters, they fit well and the build quality is top notch. If you live in an area with a harsh winter and a lot of salt, you might want to spend an extra few bucks on a nicer set. I've seen the ceramic coating on the Pacesetters get rusted through in a couple of winters. Other than that, you can't beat them for the price.

No you should get the lpp headers, they just cam out. I don't have them but they look to be unbeatable for the price. Stainless at that...http://lpparts.com/store/page7.html

and they look just like the pacesetters. that is an awesome price for some stainless headers.

for those prices I would buy them and have a shop fab you a true dual set-up with an x-pipe and you may come out a little ahead.

Man, that price is awesome, especially since they're stainless! And they have 3" collectors. It's nice to see a performance part priced realistically for a change.

ok now lets get back on topic. this is not a choice between an unknown company with a few pics and a race proven company with a long history.
