the 6.0 cam is a little different than the 4.8/5.3 version, but a swap from one to the other in my opinion is pointless for the 5hp you might gain for the time effort and money involved in the swap. just save a little and get a custom grind and do the swap if you really want to see results.

Here, this one is cheap. You'll see 30 rwhp gains with this cam. Many 5.3 guys have run this baby. Works great with LS6 springs. You can probably pick it up since you probably live close to the seller:

The one Tex posted would work great. Just be sure to have someone check your lifter pre-load after the install. Some cames have smaller or larger base circles and if you simply install them you'll end up with too little or too much preload and will need to run different length pushrods.

Why do you wanna go so small??

If you wanna go cheap then get the 02' Z06 cam and an adj. timing chain. Otherwise spend the money and get a good cam the first time.
