I have no idea. I've been thinking about running a 75 shot. I know a guy with some TEA ported 243s. He wants to swap for my 317s, plus cash. Been thinking about those too. But I still need to get some fkn traction, lol. I don't really sweat mileage, but I got 12.2 mpg on my first tank of gas. But that's with some playing on the street, and showing it off to my friends. On the highway I turn ~2k rpm @ 75 mph. I don't have any solid numbers, but Im sure highway mileage is pretty good.

I wouldn't even consider a 228r in a rscb w/ a 6.0. But I would run a torquer V2.

Well I have rcsb w/ a 6.0 and 4l80e w/ stock stall. Looking at adding LT's and a small cam. Still deciding on several.

212/218 low lift
212/218 high lift
216/220
tr220
tr224
219/230 cheater v3 from TR
219/224 tru trq v2 from TR
Old man truck cam
tsp220
tsp224 (both tsp cams have more lift than TR's)

x2 converter is a must. u will probably feel a bigger difference of a 3000 stall than a cam.. just my 2 cents... a converter is a must

212/218 low lift. Im gonna do this cam. Mainly to keep stock stall. But now reading this should I ever need to change I guess I'll consider the TB stall. Im not quite sure what Im doing for heads thou...

You can run a bigger cam with the stock stall.

I have a 222/226 with a stock stall and it works fine and drives like stock. It idles at 600.

I have the 212/218 in my LQ9...it pulls hard as hell throughout w/ the TB stall. I may go with the TR220 (I already have LS6 springs)

dont be scared of a stall.. the tb drives like stock and so does the circle d 3200.. im telling u from experience. do a bigger cam u will regret it later.. atleast a tr 224.. a stock stall will work fine.. a 3000 u will love..

I cant do a TB stall since I have a 4l80e. However, my stock stall seems to be around 24-2600.

I called TSP today and talked with 2 guys 1 suggested the 212/218 the next guy suggested the 220. I told both that I tow a car trailer frequently enough that I do not want to lose bottom end. The 220 guy seemed to know his products better. He said the 220 would be asorbed better with the bigger 6.0 than the 5.3 and have a range from about 1200-6200.

Also the guy did mention that any, if any, bottom I lose with the cam would be made back with the LT's

You'll lose low end with the 220. I lost low end with my 222/226. This is common sense, the cam moves the powerband up and increases valve overlap....less cylinder pressure down low to make torque. I have read that the low 210s duration cams work very well for 6.0 towing. I think Richard@WCCH had a 212/212 in his 6.0 truck and said it towed like raped ape.
