Default 6.0 drivers.. What's your warm idle oil pressure?

Mine is 40 at cold idle, 35 somtimes, and 40 at warm idle. I run the reccomended weight oil. I generally run mobile one gold cap, but last time I found valvoline synthetic on sale and figured I'd give it a shot. Valve train is making a lot of noise. Just like when I ran 0-30 in it. If I peg it I get all kinds of oil pressure. But I was somewhat concerned if 35lbs was enough. Truck has 102,000 miles.

I use 5w-30 conventional and it runs 45 psi warm idle, 55-60psi cold idle, 65psi cruising on the highway, and 75 psi at wot. Engine is a 2002 model. I've been very pleased with the pressure this thing makes

OK, I guess I'm ok then. I'll peg the guage when I romp on it. My oil is a bit thin now. I need to change it. Is there anything I should be using beside Mobile one gold cap? thats what I use now.

My L76 shows 25ish hot at idle. Truck has 50k on it and I've been keeping an eye on it. Should I be worried?
