.060 over and 4" stroke will actually yield a 414. I'm running .030 over with a 4" crank (408). i'm sure you could do more, but check everything out prior to. The extra few cubic inches aren't worth running to the risk of boring it too far.

See I didn't know for sure. I guess I will only go .030 over then but 414-416 sounds so much better than 408 haha. I have the rods and crank but the machine work done orginally was done incorrectly so I will have to replace the pistons and work the heads.

If you are going to run 11.0 to 11.5:1 comp i just wouldn't recommend boosting or spraying it too much, if at all. Again, that all comes down to tuning. i'm only running about 8.4:1 compression.....with 18lbs of boost

nitrous takes the high compression much better than FI does....i think you should be able to run nitrous fine at 11.5:1 if you have forged internals.....but that would be a little high for FI.
my friend runs 14.4:1 compression with a shot fo NOS so i think you should be ok.
