Default 6.0 lq4 question

ive been on the ls1tech haven't really had a good answer to them. so decided to try to the performance truck forum since you guys are around these motors more.
will a stock lq4 with stock 243 heads fit a ms4 cam without any ptv clearance issues. and if so is there any room for me to mill the heads some to get a better compression ratio.

Thank you

Should clear better than it does on an LS1 due to your dished pistons. And I don't think any of the Gen3 heads have different geometry. So no loss there.

The best way to know what you can mill is just to check the PTV. Also, if you have clearance to spare, you should consider using a thinner head gasket instead of milling. You gain more compression with thinner gaskets versus cutting the heads down the same amount. Plus you'll have some added quench height benefits and they'll have a better resale value unmodified, should you want to go bigger.

Agreed it should clear without an issue, but checking p/v clearance should be pretty easy.
