FirstGen - I need to see some pictures. That sounds like a blast to drive. With that 01 LS6 cam and quiet exhaust, it does indeed seem like a perfect sleeper. The styling of that model truck is perfect.

My ss truck did 333hp and 361 tq with volant, 3k stall, asm headers, no cats, patriot stage 2 heads, mti b1 cam, e-fans with chrome 20s and no front drive shaft. How much more hp if I had you factory stall?

He's got a T56 and he also doesn't have that Awd Tcase robbing him of rwhp.

just to add to the debate:
a buddy of mine dyno'd his today. stock 02 LQ4, 4L60E, ex. cab, 3.42 gears.
his only mods are UPD intake, and dual 2.5" cutouts.

he put down 295 hp stock and 312 after allan tuned it.

I guess I should scan the dyno sheet to end the "debate".

Great looking truck, and congrats on the "outcome",...both power wise and looks. I'm sure you're gonna have a ton of fun with that thing.
