Default 6.0L question

Just to clarify the swap, 5.3 to 6.0l you can still use the 4l60e(rebuilt) it requires 01' and up 6.0L, correct??

an 01 6.0 and up will bolt to the 4l60e with no promblem.

So I was correct, did you already do the 6.0l swap? IF so did ya cam it as well and what did ya go with??

i went with the fms 220\220\114 with fms push rods and 918 springs.

Who is FMS? And what gears are you running? I have 308s and am thinking that I may need a little more lobe serperation like maybe 116. are you satisfied with the cam and how much was the cost with everything, rods,springs,cam and retainers(if you got them) thanks for the help here, I'm really in need of doing the swap soon because in the cold my "slight knock" seems to be more like a loud slapping!!!
