6.0L Silverado Build Up & WebSite Coming....
Guys tomorrow I'm going to try to setup the website for pics of the 6.0L build up <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0"> All the parts are here & Joseph said we're going to start on it tomorrow <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0"> I think Joseph said tomorrow we will be assembling the short block so I'll have the digi cam ready to take pics <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">

Now we are talking. I cant wait. Set up a 24 hour webcam so we can all watch!
Would either of you guys do me a favor and list the part #s for the new gaskets, bolts, and other misc. parts you are having to use? This would be a huge help to those of us who plan on doing this upgrade in the future.

Jason picked out some "Ghetto" camshaft grind, I don't know the specs. <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">
The short block is done already. Went together quite well. The main thing we were spent some time on was file fitting the rings for running some spray. All of the 2nd compression rings were about where I wanted them, which turned out to be .024". The top compression ring started out at .016" and I opened them up to a minimum of .020", they probably are more like .022" though and should open slightly more as the rings seat in.
We're keeping the displacement the stock 6.0L size for now. <img src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" border="0">
