6.2 L92 Carb Intake & MSD?
Can someone tell me if a site sponsor or any LSx store/shop has the GM Carb Intake for the 6.2 L92 and matching MSD 6LS-2 ignition for 58 tooth reluctor for sale... I would prefer to buy them from the same place if possible, a link would really be appreciated or phone #...
Thanks in advance

They sell the GM box with or for the GM intake....and the MSD box with the Edelbrock Victor Jr. Not sure GM has a "package" with the MSD but someone like SDPC might have both.
If you're going to stay EFI you need the 88862 harness (MSD box) to connect the MSD to you EFI. I have one I bought by accident (thought I needed but don't for the carb setup) that I would sell at my cost shipped. Thats about $30 less then it cost me, plus you get the shipping included.

It's going to be a Carb set-up not EFI. On Scoggin Dickey's website, I see the GM Carb intake but don't see the MSD ignition for use with 58 tooth reluctor.... I'll keep searching their site plus other's though...

I'm not sure how good the Edelbrock intake is but I'd go with it before I'd go with the GM L92 intake.

I wouldn't base my opinion off of those graphs alone. Mainly, because the 4.30 gears are quite a difference from 5.13's.
every test I've seen with a carb vs EFI scenario...the carb made more down low and up top...the EFI is strongest in the midrange though...where a car/truck "generally" lives on the street.

The 5:13's are a HP loss vs 4.30's so that would make the carb intake look even worse if the test were done with the same gear. My seat of the pants dyno said the same results as the dyno numbers. I'm about to do try a L92 intake swap to try to get some of the low rpm torque back that the carb intake had. I lost about 2 mpg when I went away from the carb intake.
