Default 6.2 questions.

I can pick up a 09 6.2 from an escalade with 9k miles, but its just the block and heads. Will I be able to use my 06 4.8 intake, coils, and front timing chain/cover to make the 6.2 work? I'm thinking I might have to buy another cam, and get bigger injectors, but does anyone know for sure what else is involved?

No the 4.8 intake will not work on L92 heads...as they are rectangular intake ports not cathedral style..You'll need a L92 truck intake or LS3/L76 intake fuel rail and injectors....your coils will work though...4.8 timing cover/chain won't work as the L92 uses a front mounted cam sensor...

Plus you need a converter box for the 58x reluctor wheel. You could use the LS2 timing cover, gear, and sensor. And just extend the cam sensor wires as well as the knock sensors.
