tierod, are you still running a stock tranny? have you limped it yet? what are you hoping for for hp with sts?

tierod, have you gotten aftermarket pistons yet i heard the 8.1L pistons cant handle much boost or nitrous

I killed the stock piston a long time ago and a set of Mahle's too. I have a set of J&E in now. The trans is a SunCoast level 3 with a custom 2800rpm stall. I'm hoping for all the power I can get out that GTS76.
Did I mention that it makes 400whp & 440wtq N/A

That f-ing thing has to be a torque monster!! i know mine is and it bone stock!! I would love to see that thing run!!

With a CAI, cam, tune, and exhaust. Your truck should run high 14's easy.

What cam did you go with. I noticed that CompCams on offer like 3-4 different cams for the 8.1L.

I also think that I am going to give Stainless works a call and see if they can make me headers.

But then again the truck is my DD and my work truck that I plow with...if it ever snows!!
