Hey Tony,
How far are you from Futral? I'm hoping to get the truck tuned within the next few weeks. I'll let you know when I do.

BigTex - With the '02LS6 cam and wide open throttle, I saw 34.802 lb/min at 5635.5rpms at the top of 1st gear. AutoTap then recorded a 35.992 lb/min reading at 5267.8rpms in second gear.
This is on three pounds of boost
When I do the upcoming project I will have to check to make sure the bypass valve is fully closing at WOT. I don't think you are supposed to lose two pounds of boost with a cam swap. (the boost drop is not due to the intercooler)

Oh ya, Randy any belt slipping issues with that 3.5" pulley. One way to check is by wipping your hand around the front of the blower casing around the pulley and on the plate right below the pulley but above the tensioner.

No signs of belt slippage yet. I'll check again after a couple more days of driving.

Got my 3.5" on! holy gees, it wants to go. The whinning sound is pretty loud now

I am getting some mad belt slip. I will try to get more tension on the belt, but I might end up buying a shorter belt in the end.

Good deal. I had to buy a shorter belt for mine. I'm running a Goodyear Gator back belt. I can try and get you the part number tonight when I get home if you want.
How much boost are you seeing??
