I think I did it right. Why you send me to some program that gave me screen-ception right away, had me all messed up waiting for Decaprio to push me in a tub of water.

Anyway heres a better quality version of the video

IIRC with me in it, it weighed just over 5k, like 5,100ish.

so what if i use a rotary? wanna fight?!

okay, and so i did forget to factor in the extra 1000lb that fat porker has on driving expectations compared to mine. and does your trans have the weird early gearset in it?
my shift point math was based on the 5.61 - 3.04 - 1.67 - 1.00 - .73 models and was more like a DCT because it didn't account for any decel or clutch slip: simply (shift RPM / current gear) x next gear.

if that still works for you, then have at it.

I don't think this one has the great granny 1st gear (6.34:1), if it did it would be unsynchronized which would be downright terrible. Yes its heavier but I truly feel the 5 links, Viking shocks, locker, and Nittos allow this thing to hook fairly well compared to any leaf spring truck. Kinda boring TBH.

Just trying to point out that if the 243s only made power over the 862s above 4k I think it would be a benefit due to the amount of time the truck sees above 4k in a spirited run. Obviously, during daily driving, I typically shift before 2,500 so they wouldn't help at all in 99% of driving scenarios unless I drop a gear of course.

I used a rotary phone in my kitchen until my Lab puppy chewed up the cord in 1997. Went to Circuit City and bought my first cell phone and still have the same mobile number since 1997... It's an old folks thing.

We need to hear the engine sounds and them squealing tars along with HP Tuners...

No film schooling necessary boys

Love how the Tach goes red when you pass the gauges redline (not the limiter) 52MPH first gear when I had 3.42's
This was my very first data log when I didn't know ****... still don't
