Default 918's do they cause valvetrain noise

Just got my heads back together after replacing the stock springs with 918 and replaced a bent exaust valve. when i started the truck up it made a lot of valvetrain noise, so i brought it to thunder racing and they said it was normal. I would like some other opinions the noise is driving me CRAZY. The cam i have is a fms 220/220/114lsa.
