99 nbs z71 oil pan question,help!
my oil pan gasket is leaking badly. my question is can i change the oil pan gasket without taking the front diff out? maybe just lowering the cross member? its a 99'nbs z71 with a 5.3

Nope, not unless you have Jedi powers. You can do like I did and not fully remove it from the truck. Just unbolt everything and have a friend hold the axle out of the way and remove the pan. It will have to be moved though.
