Default about compression ratio & milling heads

Allan at FutralMotorsports, told me that the stage1 heads that I am getting from him can be milled to what ever I would like them to be. A lot of people say that I need to raise my compression ratio, so I should get them milled to shrink the chamber. I am not going to put NOS or SC on my truck in the future. N/A all the way. So should I get them milled? How much? Is that measured in 1/100ths?
What ratio will it give me?

Thanks in advance for your help and ideas!
