Ok here's what I think I've decided on:

Doug Thorley Tri-Y headers
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/DTE-310Y-DA-C/

Pypes stainless X-pipe
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/PYE-XVA10/

Aero Turbine AT2525's
http://www.amazon.com/AeroTurbine-Ae.../dp/B0041ORA3Q

Pacesetter Monza 4" tips
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/PSM-95-9326/?rtype=10

about $1100 in parts, plus what the muffler shop's gonna want to weld it.

Any updates? My stuff arrives Thursday or Friday. 3.5" Cherry Bomb glasspack and 4 feet of aluminized pipe so I have stock to make up the difference in length. I should also have an Airaid Jr on by the time my exhaust arrives

Well looks like it'll be a month before I get this done, my old work truck's broke down and eat this month's paycheck, haha.

I'll be driving cross-country to visit my family in the middle of July. I can't show up with a stock 6.2 Chevy, can I?

I sure hope so. If not I'm probably stuck with it for a bit anyways.

Sorry to revive this thread but I didn't wanna start a new one. I was about to order my stuff this morning and I thought I better do some measuring and make sure it'll fit. I can't decide how I'm gonna run it, should I put the x pipe closer to the headers where the cats used to be, or should I put it behind the transfer case like this pic I googled:

I've heard that for x pipes the closer to the headers the better, is that true?
Also I plan on getting a rear sway bar sometime in the future, and I was wonder if this will cause clearance issues witht he exhaust going over the axle? It's pretty damn tight in there with the spare tire.
