Default about to swap in a 6.0(LQ9) + 4L65E in the silverado; quick questions

1. is a crank spacer needed?
2. is anything not interchangeable
3. the crate doesn't have power steering or AC compressor. Can i swap mine on? Alternator?
4. Can I fire it up on 4.8 tuning?
5. anything else I should know?

thanks

You also might want to mention you are doing this swap RIGHT NOW because you hydrolocked your 4.8 and we have 2-3 days to get this done... realistically just tomorrow....

Im not sure on the spacer deal becuase im still running a built 60e. All of your accessories will swap onto the new blockI. ran mine on 4.8 tuning for 2-3 months with no problems. When you first start the motor the PCM may have a hard time learning the new motor, so you may have to keep it running until the idle relearns.

LQ9 should not have a spacer, they all came in front of a 4l65E

Anyways you want no spacer and a 5.3 or a 2k1 & up 6.0 flexplate

well today sucked. slow work. no work ethic.

got most of the electronics out. found a rats nest in my fuse box. driveshafts are out. Radiator is out.
only thing left really is trans/transfercase and fuel lines.

I honestly think going back in will be easier. I dont have to deal with mud/water hardened bolts
