about to swap in a 6.0(LQ9) + 4L65E in the silverado; quick questions

Hey, one more question. Anyone know about T-cases and the 4L65E AWD?

what am I doing here?

Dood if you need a 6.0 flexplate there's no point in us doing this tomorrow, I'll still get the LQ9 up there but we cant get it in.

that may not work well. you need to have a pcm for your truck's setup. if you use a pcm programmed for an awd truck, i don't think it'll work right for a truck with an autotrack transfercase. you certainly can't use one for a truck with a 4L80E. you'd be much better off just having your pcm programmed.

I'm using the AWD transmissions from the 4L65E. Will my transfer case not bolt upto it? Will that not work?

Or should I swap tailshafts and keep running 4x4?

I wont have a problem with the 4.8 TQ converter on the 6.0 flexplate will I?

everything should just be a bolt in. your transfercase and adapter should just bolt right up like it came stock that way. as for the flexplate, you aren't going to need a special one to the best of my knowledge since you're using the 65E.
