I have an 02 Z71 w/ lift etc. I put 4.56 gears and 365/65-16's on it and now cant get ABS and Brake lights to go off. Originally had 265/65-16 and 3.73's. Have got custom tunes from Westers and Predator to recalibrate and neither of them will work. Will be sending Westers back and Predator I am stuck with because had since like February. If I knew in February what I know now about Predator I would of never got it. Talked to dealers and they say their computer wont allow changes for 4.56 gears to get lights to go off. Anyone else have this problem and if so what did do to repair.

I think LS1EDIT would be able to adjust the pcm to correct for the gears....but Westers should have done that for you...And when you put the axles back together after installing the gars you DID plug the wheels speed sensors back in didn't you ??

 

Everythings plugged in. Wester told me that if his program did not fix it then would have to have someone do it in the truck w/ something to reprogram ecbm. Westers did recalibrate speedo but still got lights coming on.
