Default Adjustable Fuel pressure regulator?

I am planning on doing a tbi to carb swap on my 90 gmc sierra here in the next few months. I got the idea tonight to use my factory fuelpump/sending unit and gas tank instead of getting a mechanical fuel pump with a fuel cell. I know that the intake fuel pump puts out too much pressure for a carb'ed engine to run on. I realize i need to get the pressure down to around 6psi for the carb. I was wondering if there is a fuel pressure regulator that i can buy that will allow me to accomplish this? Also which one should i get. I want to get one with a return line so i can run any extra fuel/pressure back to the gas tank. Any help would be greatly appreciated and also what size fuel line should i run.
