Default Advice! Time for upgrades

I've got a '99 5.3L with a LQ9 cam. I don't want a cam swap. Just larger rockers. What size rockers and style springs would you suggest? Also im going to change the front O2 sensors to widebands... (Good idea?) Any help is appreciated

1.85 rockers would change lift to .508/.521 and wont do much for the 196/201 durration either. Seems like alot of money for not much gain in power.

I would leave the stock o2's and just add a wideband.

Ya i never really thought about the $600 for only 12-15hp. Is it true that changing O2's will give you better milage or not?

If yours are old and reading improperly, then replacing them with new OEM pieces may improve your mileage a little.

No I still live in lovely California and have to run the cats. I was just wondering about the front ones. I could care less about the rears until they or a cat goes bad. Thats is why i was wondering if I would gain any ponies.. If anything i will keep them as spares if the backs go bad.

Lol, I was responding to lady3bglover. My previous statement to you still applies.

Tell us about your tire size, gear ratio, tune and other mods if your mileage is your primary concern.
