i purchased the granatelli maf, and i noticed no gain, but no performance loss either, i was just trying to have a complete aftermarket intake system, but..... as everyone says, i guess it does nothing for you

300 dollar paper weight, just bothers my mind to wonder why a company like granatelli would advertise the product so, when 99/100 customers down the product.

just one of those thoughts in my mind!

im sure there are some applications where the aftermarkter sensor would be worth it but not here. we also have to keep in mind anything thats being advertised is going to be made out to be amazing because why spend millions of dollars on development, even if it sucks, not to spend a little more on advertising and get plenty of people to buy it.

I just read an article in GM High Performance mag that the guys where workin on an LS1 and gave tip for 10 free HP and one of them was de screening the MAF I haven't done it yet has any one done a pull on the dyno before and after to see if this works.

dont descreen the MAF. your just asking for trouble. i did it and ended up havign to get a new MAF.

its a give and take type thing, some people think they beneift, some people think it hurts others cant tell. you will get people saying all different things. personal preference i guess or risk more than preference
