Default Alternator

Had e-fans installed in my 03 while it was at W2W and seen a big drop in voltage when they come on. Did the search and found that I need to upgrade to a bigger alt. My question is where's everybody getting their's from, GM or aftermarket. Thanks in advance Mike

do a little more research on "the big 3" before investing in a larger alt. Although i'm a big fan of larger alts, you have to upgrade your wiring to get the benefits.

Thanks for the replys. No big aftermarket stereo or anything, just the E-fans so I'm just looking to replace the alt. Pace Performance for example has the 145 and 200 available. Should I go with the 200 or is bigger not necessarily better in this case?
