Default ALuminum Fan Shroud dual 14" whatcha think

Just finished the welding up. I built 2 units one out of .125 materail and the other .093.
The .125 was a alot harder to break and fold into position than the .093. Both seem plenty rigid and look like plenty of room for the controll to fit on the shroud at the top between the fans. And even fit dual 16"er's. But the air flow vs cost not sure if I need 16's.

I choose the Spal curved blade design to keep the noise down. And the dual fan controller from them with a/c temp inputs, hi and low set points I think will be a great asset.

What Yall think?

looks great, where do you go to get a sheet of aluminum like that or even steel? And if you don't mind me asking how much was it?

Thats for the larger 34" radiator right? It looks good and I've been tossing up the idea of fabbing up something for myself. However I have a smaller radiator and I dont know if I should waste my time.

Stock Radiator, but it bolts in to the core support. The shroud just helps move the air better, I feel, than the fan straight against the core itself. And I like the look of it.

Could you explain this to me. How do you get dual inputs?

The controll box will be wired into the factory temp sensor, and to the A/C unit.
When the A/C turns on both fans will run full tilt.

The unit has a high and low temp.
Between low and high temp only one fan will run @ low speed, then if the engine hits the hi temp both fans turn on max speed.

Pretty neat little controll box.
