Okay here we go...
First, go exactly per the instructions.
You'll want to use orange and blue in that 1-2 accumulator. That will firm up the 1-2 shift and whatnot.
Look at that lil bit that comes out of the tranny to tell you what Red or White goes in place. I'm thinking White but don't hold that to me. Compare the part to the manual and choose from there.
Grinding the manual valve isn't imparative but it's nice. You could also toss the check ball that controls the feed to the valve eliminating the need to grind the manual valve.
You don't need .093s for all the holes! lol. A smaller one for the 1-2 should be fine...the billet intermediate applys like 35% more than the 'Vette servo. 9/128" is ~.070" lol That's where I'd start for that. This epiphany came to me about 3 weeks ago keeping the 1-2 shift from being harsh with the billets! lol
The 2-3 I'd go for the .093. And .082 for the 3-4, 4th is a weak *** gear anyway mainly due to that accumulator for it and poor band quality stock.
Those things in a bag I believe are cup plugs for rebuilds...something about a reverse piston or some ****.
Servo release check valve from Sonnax helps with the 3-2 down shift. The accumulators made from aluminum...
1. You can go with OE GM ones and keep the pins
2. You can go with Sonnax ones and go pinless
3. Eitherway get rid of the plastic ones! lol

Can you order directly from Sonnax? I looked on their site and couldn't find any ordering information. Also, did you ever get ahold of transgo about the red or white spring if you're using the billet servos?

OKAY! I DID IT! It is in! I started at 11:00am and finished up around 6:00pm. Not too bad since I had to go to the store twice. I don't think I will ever do it again though. I put in the white spring and no washers, so we will see what happens. I shifts just like I thought it would nice crisp firm shifts. It barks the tires going into 2nd, but I could always do that since the servo install. Now it just feels smoother. I am happy!
