Default Another Westers opinion

Just installed a Westers PCM into Mrs.Gonzo 03 Tahoe.I will first start by saying I have tried almost everything availible chip/tunes at one time or another over the years. This one stands above the rest,i dont believe in *** dynos and i know that 1/2 the guys that try stuff, different things are getting a placebo effect and wouldnt really know if they are loosing or gaining power.Only if i am confident in something will i bring it up.This one works.I have 2 places marked off near my home and the short run the Tahoe was dead on every time @70 MPH,that was with holding 2nd gear just before the limiter about 5500 rpm, today it ran 73 maybe 74 MPH,that is huge guys.I am looking forward to seeing what it does to the fuel mileage. Most say they gain mileage with his tune I will leave that to the Mrs. in the up coming weeks, she drives more like normal people.Anyone looking for a tune is leaving power on the table if they dont uses Westers IMHO.And you cant beat his 35 DAY MONEYBACK GUARANTEE http://westers_garage.eidnet.org/Index2.htm
HAPPY MOTORING

He needs to a sponser here

I see your truck is tuned by Ed Wright.. How does the Wester's compare to Ed Wright's tune?

Good question.Ed was working on a custom tune that has more variables,it took several tries to get the bugs out. They maybe able to maximize perfomance just the same but the attitude of the two are different. On a couple of issues he made it sound like it was my fault and not his problem were yes he did jump to conclusions, with Lyndon i dont get that at all.So it may not have been that hard for Lyndon to get this stock Tahoe spot on the first time.Ed may have been able to do that.I am convinced that I got all that there was to be had out of this 03 tahoe tune.

Seems to me the Westers could help you gain more than a stock truck would.I dont see any kind of tuner in your sig. With all your mods you really have to be effected by TQ managment and low shift points. Those 2 things alone I think you are leaving a lot on the table with out a custom tune.Call him ,it wont cost you anything.

my problem is that i had a hpp3, and i really wasnt that impressed with it. i dont want to buy another off the shelf programmer. i have heard both good and bad things about diablo, and i think edit and atap will be overkill for me $$$$$. so far westers is the one that is both custom tuned and problem free. im just dont want to shell out that kind of $ and not be happy.
