My exhaust consist of ASM headers, no cats, stock Y pipe and 3" piping after that along with a 3" Magnaflow. Any proven benifits in going with bigger Y pipe?

Not with any stock motor. I have true 3 in. from the headers back with and x pipe and I lost alot of low end power.

I cant say from experiace but it ifs going into a single 3" after the Y I dont think that the 3" Y-pipe will be any advantage because its only gonna get slowed down after it
