Are there any Free Mods for a 03 Silverado? ill be getting mine really soon just wondering if there are any Free Mods to do.......Post up

Free mods- remove the MAFS honeycomb screen.

Cheap mods- 160 stat,K/N air filter,at 10,000 miles change all fluids to synthetic.

Inexpensive mods- UPD intake.

expensive mods- Westers garage or Nelson tune-BJ

I have read descreening the MAF can be bad so I left it alone.

There is always the TB bypass.

That UPD Intake sounds good...which one is better?Volant or UPD?...as far as Tune...i got a friend that is Hooking it up

BTW, don't belive what some people tell you about the screen on the maf. If you take it out, it will only lean you out.
As far as intakes go, I really like my UPD but I have also heard good things about Volant. I guess you can't go wrong with eather.

Whatever ace. Anyway, I have heard that the computer figures it out and compensates just like the Dodges compensate for the little mods those guys are trying.

It's not really doing much just like the TB bypass.
