Exactly, that is an understatement......

So, I take it from your reply your not having any problems. Seems like the guys that you delt with must do really nice work. I've got a few more questions for ya if you don't mind.

1} How many miles were on the clock when you had the STS installed?

2}Are you running an intercooler, and if so was it worth the xtra green?

3}I see that you are running 42inj. so are you using the standard 5psi kit?

Thanks...... OldBlue[/QUOTE]

I actually pick it up today!! They did have some odd quirks during the install but STS kept in pretty good contact with them during the process. They wasted a few hours one day since they didn't get the "updated install doc" that STS was supposed to send. STS apologized.

1. I have 52k on the clock right now. The only real problem I see is that I WILL need a new trans, eveyrone has stated that. The trans builder figures about 2500 miles until the 4L65 starts to slip (and about 700 miles if it was a 4L60). But I'm planning on doing a Stall so I'll get it all done at once. Soon...

2. No intercooler. Xtreme is supposedly working on a custom FMIC setup. Once I find one that is a plug-and-play setup for the Denali where it isn't hours of custom fabbing, I'll put in the FMIC. Right now I have it setup to run Methanol Injection. I will run 5psi and an 8 or 9psi setting with the Meth.

3. With the 5psi kit you don't HAVE to run bigger injectors, although it's a good idea. Since I am running the big injectors and fuel pump, it will allow more boost "safely". Mike is one of the best Tuners out there so I'm sure it will be dialed in perfectly!

Let me know if you have anymore questions. I'm no expert so I'm sure others will chime in as well.

We have an '05 Denali in the shop right now getting the Detroit Speedworks Kit installed. I'll get some photos along the way and post them when it's finished.
