I recently installed the cal speed 1 3/4 long tubes. No problems with the install. Did have to drop the cross member. Fit perfect!!

***All of our 1-7/8" are now the newer "revised" which have increased clearance and no fitment problems even with higher mileage vehicles with sagging motor mounts etc, also another 1/2" clearance to the steering shaft so its not close***

Will they fit a 4x4 2500? Have you "revised" the 1 3/4s as well?

Absolutely none of our headers were designed for 4x4 as cannot make one header to fit both. Ours will not fit NNBS 07+ 4x4 even with modification. 99-06 4x4 will fit with minor modification/clearance.

Where would the minor mod/clearance be on the 1 7/8 headers for a 99-06 4x4?

Is it where the header comes down by the front driveshaft?

at the yoke I believe as well as the steering shaft. I believe there was a couple threads where with guys doing it...I'm not convinced I would want to beat the **** out of my headers. It's only $350ish, but I'm not sure I would want that. One guy pulled his DS as he never used 4x4, wouldn't want that either.
