i wonder if they are rated for a certain hp. they may consider race to be something mild compared to what u think and itd suck if they failed. its weird that they say available Fel-Pro head gaskets tho, it doesn't say "these" or specify that the ones u r looking at feature multi-layer steel-core and composition construction. i know ull find the answer before u purchase or ull let us know asap what happens once u get them.

I'd be willing to bet they are on par with its GM counterpart. In all honesty Ill probably end up going with them and roll the dice. They will for sure work for N/A use, when the truck comes back to me for the blower, Ill be sure to beat the crap out of it for some endurance testing, maybe even hook up a trailer for some high load testing. If it pops a gasket then Ill swap em out, a head gasket swap really isnt that big of a deal, and maybe a good excuse to throw a good ported set of heads on there. Ill make sure before it goes back to my dad with a blower on top that it will be as indestructable as it can be with a stock rotating assembly. This is my dads toy now, I do the wrenching and get to enjoy it for a little while and dont have to foot the bill but I dont get to keep it

Default head gaskets

Did you try the felpro head gaskets out? I need a set for my 02 6.0 LQ4 and saw them on Summit's web page also. Let me know what you think. Thanks
