do they even exist?
I ordered my transgo on 9-28-04
called them repeatedly
left messages
left several e mails
with no response or transgo kit

does anyone on here work there that could help

I dont ask for much out of people
just a simple its on backorder
or some form of communication
but i guess thats too much

 

I've dealt with them, never again. They lag. There was a thread about this not too long ago, you must've missed it. They did the same thing to me, I left many e-mails, called them, etc. Took a week of being a pest and calling so much they finally got back to me.

 

damn I wish id have seen that thread

tech should have some sort of company feedback thread
to keep members away from all the BS
and promote our sponsors

Just because a company is an LS1Tech sponsor doesn't mean they have excellent customer service

 

Same thing is happening to me. I orded a corvette servo 2 weeks ago and no word. Who else sells this stuff?

 

Dont use them any more everybody. theyve been screwing people to long now.

 

well I called many many many times today
trying chingon's pest method with no results

thats OK though cause I closed my credit card account
and got my reasoning noted with the cc company

they hadnt charged me yet
and they wont now

Its a shame it had to work out that way
