Do they give you a longer cable if you tell them you just have a PC or do you have to make some sort of extension or something. I will probably need like 20 feet or so to reach my PC becaus its in my house. All I have to do is go through a window. My parents oughta like that one. I just dont want to have to spend extra money on a laptop.

i guess you actually could, since you can buy a pci to usb converter and like 50 ft of usb cable lol. they dont give you a super long cable, but in order to do any data logging you have to drive the car with the computer hooked up, the only people that use pc for this is probablly dyno tuners.

Oh, I didn't know you had to be driving the truck to tune it. See I told you I was new!!! THANKS!! So anybody got a laptop they want to get rid of real cheap then?? Ha Ha!!!
