I just noticed a gas station 3 miles away sells E85. I had a half of tank of gas soooooo i bought 1 gallon to see what it would do. Just wondering if anyone mixes e85 with regular gas
If I'm not mistaken you will have to richen up your AFR if you mix alot of it in because the stoichiometry ratio is lower so whatever the amount you put in it takes it down that much more..
I run about 25% e85/93 when I go to the track. Cheap race gas and even at that mix, does wonders on how much timing I can run with out knock. I do fatten up the tune when I do it.

Interesting, ya i was just messing around with it to see what it would do. I figure with as little as i put in it shouldnt mess with the tune much. Just wondering how and what it would do
Sorry for a bit off topic, but the motor that i bought from the avalanche is flex fuel, so Can i run E-85 or do i have to do something to the gas tank?
