What excatly do these Yank convertors do? Increase horsepower? Increase gas mileage? Do you need to upgrade tranny or anything?

Can you guys get converters for TH350s? I was thinking of getting one for my 71 Camaro.

 

You'll go blind if you yank it too much. It will also turn your hands hairy. Slowerado is that why you have the hands of Chewboka?
