If so you might want to jump on our Yank converter group purchase. This covers all of their Truck Thrusters -

YANK TRUCK THRUSTER 2600 (4.8, 5.3L and 6.0) (278mm, 2600 stall, 2.10 STR)
YANK TRUCK THRUSTER 3000 (4.8, 5.3 and 6.0) (278 mm, 3000 stall, 2.21 STR, 98.6% efficiency!)
YANK TRUCK THRUSTER 3200 (4.8, 5.3, and 6.0) (245mm, 3200 stall, 2.70 STR)
YANK TRUCK THRUSTER 2600HD (6.0 and 8.1L with 4L80E trans) (300mm, 2600 stall, 2.0 STR)
YANK TRUCK THRUSTER 3200HD (6.0 and 8.1L with 4L80E trans) (265mm, 3200 stall, 2.10 STR)

along with various f-body and C5 converters.

What excatly do these Yank convertors do? Increase horsepower? Increase gas mileage? Do you need to upgrade tranny or anything?

You'll go blind if you yank it too much. It will also turn your hands hairy. Slowerado is that why you have the hands of Chewboka?
