All I hear are good things about dynomax, so I went to thier website and heard this exhaust for myself (on a 4.8l). I can say that I really like it And was wondering if anyone has ever had this exhaust kit, and if its any good for the $246.00 jegs wants for it.

I like the Dynomax Super Turbo muffler, not sure if that's the muffler in the kit. I've heard the Ultra Max (or what ever it's called, the straight through one) muffler is kind of loud. I had dual Super Turbos on my Silverado when I sold it, it sound real good without being to loud or overbearing.

Yeah the bullet mufflers are loud but the sound is very aggressive and it has a nice tone!!

 

I have thge ultraflo and it sounds great at all speeds. Interior resonance is nice, but i think i might have lost a little low-end with this muffler. Anyone think so? I got the 2.5inch mandrel pipes and 4in tips, and that helps the tone a lot.
