Default Anyone using Mobil 1 15w50

I've heard a lot of good thing about it. I'm considering using it in my 6.0 Anyone with experience using this feel free to post your opinions.

i use Mobil 1 5W30 in mine;
(truck only has 6k miles on it)

is 15w-50 the "high performance" one. i mostly use 5w-30 which is for new vehicles.

It depends on the climate where you live. Around here it gets pretty hot in the summer. I use the 15w50 in both my trucks and then change to 10w30 in the winter. IMO 5w30 is for people who live in Alaska or something.

I run Royal Purple 5W30...love the stuff! Can't get enough of it! EVERYONE should have some! LOL

Been using 15w50 in my 98Z for a while now with no problems, just wondering if it is safe for a motor with 10K miles

I use mobil one and I haven't had any problems been using it since day one and for 25,000 miles I also use there filter and no problems.
