What?? The header gaskets aren't "American Made?" I must have heard "American Made" 1,134,543,345 times when I called them awhile back to ask about their headers. I couldn't take the jibberish anymore, I had to hang up. I chose to buy another vendors headers instead.

Show us pics of your installed headers!

Is it possible that you're not feeling as much gain as in the past since you're running huge 1 7/8 primaries that aren't matched to your current set up? Kinda overkill for your engine as it sits

When did you put the 80E in? Was that recent or did I just miss something?

Stew, no. I ordered up some 1 7/8" headers for my setup and I'm not scared one bit. Everything suggest that 1 7/8 will be equal or greater than a 1 3/4" setup.

Michael, document the headers well and take good close up pictures of them. I'll have my new headers in a week or two and we'll compare

I said that that is going to be to much prime for a 6.0.. Would have been better off with a stepped 1 3/4 to 1 7/8... But glad they fit well for ya..

Uh no. Why would I waste my money on 1 3/4" when it will need to be upgraded in the future? The 1 7/8" ensures I'll never need to upgrade on a DD, and anyways, repeat dynos over on Tech have shown only benefit from 1 7/8 over 1 3/4 on stock 5.7s and up. Hell, if you call ARH for a set on a 6.0 nowadays, 1 7/8" is standard.
