Pull the stock rod bolts out one and a time (make sure you get the little collar out with them). Lube the ARP bolts with their moly lube and torque down to ARP's recommended specs. It should be in the instructions, but you torque, loosen, torque, loosen, and then torque and you're done. Can't remember the spec off-hand.

One rod cap at a time or one bolt out at a time?
Does anybody have the spec sheet?

1 rod cap at a time but do NOT take both bolts out at the same time

this is what i do

take bolt A and bolt B (they are identical in every way)

moly lube up bolts A and B
loosten both stock bolts evenly
replace bolt A and snug it down by hand
replace bolt B and torque it to roughly the high side of 1/2 the TQ spec
now TQ bolt A to 1/2 spec
TQ bolt B to spec
TQ bolt A to spec
losten bolts A and B evenly
TQ bolt A first this time to 1/2 spec (the one that you did not TQ first last time)
now bolt B second to 1/2 spec
TQ bolt A to spec
TQ bolt B to spec
losten bolts a and b evenly
now back to the first series you did
TQ bolt B to 1/2 spec
TQ bolt A to 1/2 spec
TQ bolt B to spec
TQ bolt A to spec
repeat pattern to next rod on the same journal
i reccomend starting at #'s 1&2 then 3&4 and so on

you should also step the torque up evenly 3 times but i'm lazy and only do 2 steps (never had a problem)

i BELIEVE the spec is 45 ft lbs but DO NOT quote me on that
if it was 45 i'd torque the first pair to 30 then 45 and so on and so forth

I did one cap at a timeand replaced the rod bearings at the same time. If you have some miles on the motor or it has had a rough life (like mine) that wouldn't be a bad idea at all!
