Hey guys

I'm in the Process of R@D on a larger custom intercooler for our kits
It will be twice the size of the stock 2-core unit
The inlet and outlet tubes will be at the back out the coooler so that
Existing pipes will go right in without 90deg elbows this will provide for a more
a better flowing cooler
I'm going to use either the same flap or somthing like a ram air style structure for the top
I have to figure out which is going to provide better flow

I'm also in the process of gettin a custom 8rib pulley set made up
that includes the crank pwr steering tensioner and the two ATI idlers
this should put an end to slip Problems with the kit

I'll be going to get the Main bracket Reworked out of thicker and stonger steel
so that any Flex problems will be avoided

Anybody interested in any of these pieces let me know
I'll be trying to get this stuff figured out this week

Damn, the intercooler. Where do I sign for the 8 rib pulley setup!? How much? Where do I get it? Who do I shoot? What will be the size of the pulley? Have you already looked in to belts?
Will intercooler be about the size of mine? Which has no airflow by the way. I think a scoop is in order.
P.S. I will let you know I about the FMU, I am still trying to get along without it.

I'm talking with ASP In texas there in Stafford is that near you ?
they Need some samples of the pulleys to make them up Reichard racing for the 8 rib charger pulley. should have some Pricing in the next few days
you'll be the First to know I'm thinking about going with a 7.85" crank pulley like the MMS one
the only thing that concerns me is belts
if that make one in that size
I'll find that out in the next few days

i want an intake setup excatly like yours with electric fans i havent been able to find anywhere wiht manderal bent pipes to fit....would it be possible for you to put one together? and could i get a price on it.

can u give me a price for coated and non coated? thanks! how long before you put the 8 rib and intercooler package together i probably cant afford that stuff yet but ill try to very soon cant wait to hear some more prices and specs on that thanks again jim!

the Pipeing is worth about $60usd and the silicone couplers are $28 this is all 4" Mandrel bend pipe
Coating might be easier to get where you are
but I have a call in and should know tommorow

Can you seriously get one for the stock fan setup(with the bends like a K&N, but metal)?
I would be interested(very) if you can. Un polished would be fine.
I didn't think you could actually get one like that.
My wideband will hopefully be here in the next couple of weeks, too Sam
