Default Attention all 99-00 radix owners!

Hey you guys I heard Radix blowers use the 8.1L injectors. Well I am trying to tune for them and I have heard all different things on the flow rate. Right now I am running them at 3.80 gm/sec but I have heard higher. What I need is someone who has LS1-Edit is to send me their file. My edit only reads 99-00 though so that's what years I would need. Thanks!!

Sorry .. I didn't read the rest of the other post. My file has 5.25 for the IFR. I don't know exactly what size injectors they are .. I'll go check it out and tell ya if I can get to them without taking anything off.

Here are all the numbers I got off of it.

71818
C58
25176061

I looked at gmpartsdirect and they didn't have that last number as a part number that I could find. Maybe yopu will have more luck than I

Looks like they are not the same. I have part # 17124531 on mine. When I look it up it shows for all 2001-2003 trucks. So maybe yours flow more. Still that begs the question what is the flow rate for mine!?!?! I mean is it the 4.16? I am stumpped.

The 4531 injector is the standard 8.1 truck injector. The correct flow rate for that one is 3.77 (30#).

Someone mentioned the 8.1 marine injector which probably explains the 4.16 flow number seen in some other posts.

The 5.25 in Flyers is a nice big 42# injector. Maybe Magnacharger has decided to up the injector size in newer kits.

Flyer, was your Magnacharger kit purchased real recent??

I think the 4.16 is for the flex-fuel injector system on some trucks. I think it was somewhere around 33#

The 5.25 IFR is for the 42# 8.1 marine injectors stamped with part number 25176061. I have my IFR for the marine ingectors set to 5.17 right now to get my LTFT's slightly negative. No adjustment to the injector offset tables yet though.

Ahh, that's it!
I hadn't looked at the calibration of one of those vehicles before. Just pulled up a flex-fuel 5.3 Suburban and sure enough, 4.16 IFR.
So it looks like the marine 8.1 is the injector to get for a high powered truck setup (42#).

Any idea on where to get them? Maybe from Magnuson?
