Whats the average price for a set of roller rockers for our trucks??? Is the performance gain worth the money???
I'm installing a '02 ZO6 cam with ZO6 springs... Do I really need roller rockers? Are they gonna help me out that much???

Im not sure if they fit or not but I just bought a set of harland sharpes from nasty performance for my LS1 and they look great. Billet aluminum and full roller. They are almost half what the others cost with the rod setup. I paid $320 or something.
GIve NATE a call Im sure he will have an answer.

no you really dont need them, just depends on if you got money to throw around, I did at one time and bought some comp 1.85 roller rockers. noticed a little gain but not much.
not worth the $500 unless your really going to modding internally IMO

Crane 1.7 "Quick-Lift" rockers are a consistent 17 HP increase. They achieve this because of the geometry of the rocker body; which causes the valves to come off the seat at a 1.79 ratio and then the ratio decreases to 1.72 by about .250" valve lift. That ratio is maintained until the valve is within .250 of going back on the seat at which time the ratio increases back to 1.79. Nothing is moving in the rocker, it's just the geometrical design of the rocker body. Another trick aspect of the Crane rockers is that they have specially designed "barrel shaped" roller bearings to allow more oil internally in the bearing assembly. This reduces the "sewing machine noise" associated with most roller rockers. This "sewing machine noise" causes false knock retard and pulls timing out of the engine causing a loss of power (or of power increase). The Cranes are a little more expensive than some, but they are quiet and they work. They are worth it on a HP/dollar basis. Vinci High Performance in Orlando has some good pricing on them! Good Luck!
