Default Bad fuel, Lean LTFT?

Recently I filled up at a shell station with their 93 and just happend I put the predator on just to check things out, all of a sudden my LT fuel trims have risen to 4-9.38max.
I noticed with some WOT sprints I would get up to 5.0 knock retard!
I just filled up with BP and have had nothing more then .35 knock retard....... But that high fuel trim.......... Knock retard is only affected by the knock sensor?

once I noticed the numbers I removed the predator programming and have returned to stock without better LTFT results. Has anyone had problems cracking the UPD intake tube, that pipe is on their so tight its hard to check the air filter.
