Bad fuel pump?

Bad fuel pump?
ok recently my fuel pump stopped working with only 70k on the odometer, i turn the key but it doesnt turn on. What are some things i can check before i decide to pull the bed off and replace the pump? ive already checked the fuses and they are all good.
