Low end power I would go with a stall you will have alot better get-up-and-go but it is not increasing engine power. If you want more end power then yes a good tq cam would be nice. Or you could get a cutsom tune like nelson's but if you just want your truck to accelerate off the line better then a stall is the best way to go it will give you a better gain than any of the hp mods except FI and nitrous. Which brings up another point you can get nitrous and have as much power as you want throughout the entire rpm band.

I would look at a good tune. Nelsonperformance did mine. It is stock transplant into my truck. It sure runs and behaves different than my stock 5.3 in my Tahoe.
I also added a TB stall now it just wants to spin under acceleration

For the money N2O can't be beat. Most mods work out to about $10 per 1 HP. With N2O you can get it for half that. 200 shot for under $1000

It also depends on what kind of driving you do. I would go with a Nelson Tune and 100 shot. But the list is really endless. Cam, gears, stall, etc

White it sound slike you are hooked on the nitrous thing man congratulatiosn Ill give you a ride when I come through on 12 going back to texas.
sorry

I would go with nitrous a nelson tune and a stall you will see the biggest gains from those as far as acceleration then a cam will compliment that setup nicely.
