Default Bauer Throttle body pics

Got my Throttle body done by one of the sponsors;

Came out well, Throttle reponse and looks

Acouple of before and after pics and on the truck;

hey nice. i love my shaners s2 ported throttle body. hey how did you make that cover over the fans i like that.

I had stainless laying around I beleive 12 or 14 awg and had 1" of it bent down so I could use the factory holes to attach it to the radiator support. If I could do it again I would use aluminum because I can polish that real easy. The stainless is real tough and hard to polish.

I would like to do the valve covers red too someday.

castrol super clean to degrease

and 303 aerospace protectant on all the hoses and plastic to shine it up

Looks sweet! Mind if I borrow your e-fan cover idea? That looks pretty nice.

BTW, Castrol Super Clean works awesome! I used it to clean the front suspension when I did my brake upgrade and it did wonders. How much do you dilute it for cleaning under the hood?

wtf why is there an adjustment screw on the throttle stop??

i use simple green to clean my motor but i dont put any thing else on it. works ok

Don't mean to be nosey, but mind if i ask how much that set you back. I really like what they did with it. A buddy of mine told me not to mess with the Throttle Body, be it aftermarket, or porting, unless i was gonna add some laughing gas or a supercharger. He has the BBK on his and said he didn't think it helped him till he added the NOS. What are your thoughts on that?
